Congratulations to Kellie Perfetto and her horse Happy Max. They were the high point of the show with a 73.27% at Training Level Test 1.
Kellie had this to say about her participation in the Virtual Show.
“I want to thank East Bay Chapter CDS and VirtualHorseSport.com for putting on the Virtual Show Series. My situation has changed dramatically over the last few years and I would not have been able to show my little 17 year old Haflinger (whose prior job was barrel racing!) without this opportunity. I am at a largely western barn at the moment as that is where my Haffie lives, and at first I felt really silly dressing up in my show clothes to film myself, but everyone got in the spirit and helped me film and it was really a fun time!!! I so appreciate the opportunity to get feedback from a judge (an S judge at this particular show) and it has really encouraged me to continue to get my pony out there and try to improve. I encourage everyone to join the fun at future Virtual Shows! It is much like the full experience of in-person showing except it is less stress on the horse and the wallet! I got show nerves and everything!!!”
