CDS North RAAC 2022

It was absolutely gorgeous weather at Woodside for us this year at the CDS North RAAC. Thank you for hosting San Francisco Peninsula chapter and Woodside Horse Park! It was a wonderful show with lots of fun, hundreds of lovely rides and a lot of options for incredible photos.

East Bay Chapter had a number of riders go out at various levels and different horses with a lot of successes.

  • Susan Walker and Don Amour N were the 3rd Level Elite Champions. Donnie is an 8 year old warmblood gelding by Don Frederic x Donnerschlag, bred by Christiane Noelting.
  • Jessica Kassel and Ruby Noir were the 2nd Level Novice Champions. Ruby Noir is by Dante Weltino out of Bright Future Farms’ St.Pr.El. Lady Rubina. She is owned by breeder, Carol DiMaggio, and I’ve been lucky enough to train and compete her this year at second level. She is a beautiful mover with loads of talent and the future is certainly bright for her. I’m looking forward to starting third level with her as she is really coming into her own. Beyond her talent, she is known around the barn for her great hugs.
  • Ashley Burton and Sultan S were the 1st Level Novice Reserve Champions.
  • Sally Holand and Laureus 2 were the 3rd Level Novice Reserve Champions.
  • Amanda McDonell and Di Amour were a close 3rd place in 3rd level novice class.

Congrats to all our East Bay Chapter riders on each of your lovely rides! Shareen Purcell, Carrington Kujawa, Sheri Jennings , Colleen Gregerson , Bianca Lansdown, Jessica Ferraro
Georganne Benesch , Jayne Tonowski, Lisa Wiley Woelfel, Jessica Bielenberg, and Ginger Taylor.
