CDSEB Erica Poseley Rider Bio-Mechanics Clinic Wrap Up

What a great time we all had at the CDSEB Rider Bio-Mechanics clinic taught by the wonderfully fun and informative Erica Poseley. Erica has been a lifelong student of multiple international dressage masters and now focuses on sharing her knowledge on how correct rider bio-mechanics positively influence the horse’s quality of gaits, response to aids and overall happiness. It is truly amazing the effect that even small changes to posture, seat bones, leg length and rib cage stability have on the horse’s way of going. Thank you Erica for spending the day with us and giving us all the tools to go home and practice being more effective and comfortable in our riding. Also, big thanks to Gundi Younger for hosting the clinic at her beautiful Eagle Point Equestrian LLC, and to our demo riders Lexi Halliwell on the infamous Duke and Cecily Hayes on her lovely horse Easy.
