Thank you so much to all the participants – donors and bidders – in our first annual Silent
Auction, it was a huge success! We had 40 wonderful items ranging from training packages,
bodywork, chiropractic, animal soul channeling, jewelry and candles, too nutritional feeds, barn
baskets, bridles, clothing and more! There were some hotly contested items with competitive
bidding flying back and forth, and many exceptional deals were made. In all, we cleared a
fabulous $3040!
The purpose of the auction was to support our no-cost/low-cost on-going educational programs
in 2023. In addition, the money supports our rider sponsorship in the JR/YR and AA CDS clinic
opportunities, and our own Chapter’s “Open Rider Grant for Championships.”
We hope you will all take advantage of our Chapter’s 2023 educational opportunities that will be
announced in January. Many of these are zoom-based and easy to “attend.” We continue to
strive to add value to all aspects of your equestrian life with these sessions, as well as create
opportunities to build the Chapter’s community.
